Basic care of snowboard? (part 2!)?

K so I know how to get rid of rust, how to wax, and how to fix the base with p-tex (even tho I cant find it in any hardware stores and there are no videos or instructions on using epoxy glue on the base). But my board has these nicks or w/e you want to call them on the edges of the top part of the board. Basically Im talking about the plastic thing that covers the board and there are a few that are beggining to peel because of hard hits or something. Can you fix them anyhow?
