In french, when you are referring to a Cl, is it always feminine?

Do you mean the group of people in your cl or the course? Because you can say in masculine: J'aime le cours parce qu'il est amusant (I like my course because it's fun). If you refer to people you would say: J'aime ma cle parce qu'ils sont amusants. (Ils replacing a group of males) = I like my cl because they're funny but you have to precise before who are "ils". Ex: J'aime ma cle parce que mes camarades de cles sont amusants. If you refer to la classe though it will always be feminine = La classe est amusante.
