First snowboard setup help?

i would like to learn snowboarding, all my friends say it's so much fun and i used to have a cheap little plastic snowboard and it was a lot of fun. i have skiied before and i skateboard and i am looking for decent yet cheap bindings, boots and a board for my first setup. i am thinking burton freestyle bindings but i have no idea what to chose for the board and boots. i would like the entire setup to be under $350 dollars or so, not too expensive, i am just learning and having fun at my friends hill. i am 5"3', weigh 105 pounds and i'm a guy. my shoe size is about a 7 and a half, but i dont know what size boots to get, so that would help also. and please no answers just saying you should rent the first year or anything like that, i'm getting money for christmas and i would like to get into this i already know to a degree that i like it and i'm ready for a challenge. thanks!
