Week 9: Willie Parker or Ryan Grant for 2nd RB?

I would definitely go with Willie Parker against Washington. They have struggled the past couple of weeks, losing against the Rams and barely pulling out wins against Cleveland and Detroit. I know Ryan Grant has been on the ups lately, but I wouldn't bet against the Titans defense yet. They have proven themselves week in and week out. No matter who you end up going with, good luck.
