My mom is being very mean all of a sudden?

I get home, and I have a mountain of homework, she knows how much homework I have, than out of the blue she says I only have 1 hour of homework for each subject (I have French entrepreneurship, French, Music and Drama) So my mom knows I don't have homework in Music or Drama, But for Business, I have to create a mind map of Martha Stewart tonight, I have to watch the first episode of "The Apprentice" and answer questions. For french, I have to finish the good copy of my poem and there is no way I can do this in only 2 hours (1 hour/subject) What has gotten in to her? And all of a sudden, she says I have to make dinner and it is also my responsibility to get the oven fixed? (she was drinking today >:-(
