Bush hatred?

In the beginning of the war I would like to think that Bush had the right reasons behind going to Afghanistan, but then he saw the opportunity to go after the other middle eastern countries in the name of the war on terror. These other examples could be dealt with by anyone, but they aren't because they are not a priority. Also, do not forget, in order for Bush to do anything about anything, he has to go through Congress and get their approval. What kills me is that Bush's approval ratings are low but Congress's is lower, but no one points that out.
