Good post-workout snack for a hypoglycemic??

Hi, I have hypoglycemia and I went to a kickboxing cl tonight and can't seem to get my blood sugar up good enough. I had a well balanced snack before my cl and I ate a salad with a grilled chicken afterwords for dinner. I still feel shaky. I just ate a few cinnamon graham crackers to get some extra sugar into me, but I still just don't feel right and I have a headache. This cl was an intense 1 hour cl. Any ideas for a good post-workout snack that will even out the blood sugar?
