McCain is pulling out of 2 more states, can we almost say that he's done?

While I'll be fair and note that it's only the RNC that is pulling out of Wisconsin this is a HUGE blow to McCain. Just 2 to 3 weeks ago Wisconsin was being considered a dead heat.
