Period every 2 months can I conceive?

So I was on and off birth control for 2 years...I started taking it for 5 months stopped b/c it was making me act crazy and mean. Started back up again because the dr said it would fix my hormones. I took the BC for 4 months then and stopped b/c we wanted to try and have a baby. Now I'll get it every two months, maybe. I just want to know if I can conceive still. I've heard about going through menopause young and I just hope I'm not.
