Restoring eyesight? (farsighted-ness)?

Weird. This probably won't answer you question considering it's way too dramatic, but I am in the midst of writing a memorandum for the retinal implant made by the Boston Retinal Implant Project. It pretty much just replaces the light sensitive cells in the retina. Weird.
