Sterling Silver Alloy?

Hey everyone, not really sure where to post this question, but I'm trying to find out what kind of metals are commonly used in Sterling silver Jewlery. I know copper is a main ingredient in most silver alloys, but i'm trying to find out what other metals are commonly used, and which ones are most likely to be present in jewelry from native american jewelers or reservations.
