Who is the better all around linebacker Demarcus Ware or James Harrison?

I'm a Dallas fan and my brother is a Steelers fan and we always have the argument on who is the better athlete...all around linebacker...and playmaker...I believe Ware is because he's rated the best p rusher in the league...almost beat strahans record for sacks and a season and led the league in sacks last season and the season before that..Harrison got defensive player of the year one season but that's it I'm not really sure of his stats..who a better athlete? Playmaker? All around linebacker? Let me know what yall think
