I have a direct system boiler and have drained the water out and now i can`t seem to fill radiators up again?

this is a square galvanised tank i moved a rad then turned water back on and the header tanks which are ontop of the tank are filled but it seems the rads are not filling quickly or there seems to be no pressure?
