Why can't they make national sports team reflect racial proportions?

When the whole team chosen is all black that sends a bad message to my posse. Now we only get to play criquit and vollyball with old eqipment and have to pay for our own uniforms. Affirmative action should cut both ways. Who do I need to talk with?
