Im trying to lose weight and build muscle?

I take a cardio kickboxing cl 1hr and 20min 2 days a week. I feel better but I have not shed a pound or noticed anything different. I eat according to the guidlines, considering Im a daycare provider so Im required to have healthy meals. Any advice? Oh and those 20 minutes we use weights. Its been since the beggining of Feb.
